I had never heard of the term "Moms in the Middle" before. But I have heard about the problem that the term describes. "Moms in the middle" are women who do not receive broad based maternity or fertility benefits from their employer and do not qualify for Maternity Health Insurance. They have jobs that pay enough to keep them out of poverty, which makes them ineligible for government assisted health benefits; but their jobs have marginal health insurance which often do not cover maternity related expenses. They are in between systems.
Reproductive Access Solutions helps women who are "in the middle" by helping them find reliable and affordable care. They do this through their network of private benefit providers, non profit companies, and associations who offer alternative solutions to women who would otherwise be without health care options.
