It's been a few years since I last visited the U.K., and I am itching to go back. Whether you're only visiting the main capital of London or are planning on venturing out into the English countryside, the U.K. is definitely a must stop if you are ever in Europe. Well, it is a must stop whether you choose to or not most times, since it is one of the major hubs in Europe and the gateway to most European cities. So, if you find ourself touching ground in England, make sure to plan of getting out of the airport.
Hotels in London can be very affordable so why not stay at least long enough to view the major sights like the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and shopping at Harrod's. And don't forget the most important, you gotta go find the London Bridge of your youth! Let me know if you find it. :D If you choose to get away from the city, hotels in Manchester or hotels in Birmingham can be a downright bargain. Why not go and have a taste of the English countryside and maybe get a spot of tea.
