To all the boys I've loved before, now, and always

I've been lucky to have been blessed with two dads. It is a shame, that's true, that my parent's marriage didn't work. But if it had, I wouldn't have had the chance to meet my step-dad.

They are two very different men, my dad and step-dad, but with the same purpose. To be the best dad they knew how.

And that, at the end of the day, is all we could ask for. Because for a child, your worst at being a parent is already their best.
