The weather turned nice for a couple of days this week and we took advantage of the beautiful weather by going out for walks. As
I have said before, I don't usually make New Year's resolutions but rather simply follow a sensible living style. No need to get
fat burner pills and heavy exercise equipments, for now we'll stick with the old fashioned way and eat sensibly and exercise.
So when the sun came out today, we hit the trails. It was a bit muddy, but it was refreshing to be out and about.
