It's the weekend again and in our house, that usually means time for some breakfast and the meat of choice is bacon! I bake our bacon for a no-fuss, perfect way of cooking. I also use market style bacon or thick cut bacon as it cooks better but usually costs about $5 a pound. Then I found the same thick cut bacon at Costco for 4 pounds for $10. What a deal! That means I have to freeze some of it; we can't eat that much bacon in a short time. Well, we can, but we really shouldn't. hehe!
